As the first room visitors see when entering this home, the toys and cluttered shelves made this room stressful and unwelcoming.

We decluttered and organized the toys on the lower shelves. Then we brought in treasured items from other spaces and restyled the upper shelves.
More Toy Clutter
Toy clutter was not limited to the shelves: it spread to the other side of the room, making this area unusable.
Pretty and Functional
After further decluttering, we brought in grown-up artwork and extra chairs from the dining room to create an adult-friendly area.
Before Redecorating...
The TV was on top of a faux fireplace that really didn't fit the space. This area of the room needed some redecorating help.

The Redecorating Process
We brought in a larger rug from the upstairs living room to add softness and warmth. We hung the mirror and added wall art and pillows that we found in her storage area.
